Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Head to your account to initiate your return: https://account.shizukaliving.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must include the packing slip with order number.

If a return is required, the sender will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. 

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at shizukalivingsales@gmail.com or by initiating a return through your account at https://account.shizukaliving.com.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, or received proof that it has been shipped back, we will process your refund using the original payment method. We will also refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order, where required by applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
